2012-02-08 - AMEinfo.com | Saudi Arabia | Latest News - Saudi Arabia: Saudi Telecom Co (STC) has said its revenues grew to SR56bn by the end of 2011 from SR34bn in 2006, and profitability jumped to SR20bn from SR16bn, Arab News has reported. STC's total number of subscribers in the 11 countries where the group operates has exceeded 160 million across the world, said group CEO Saud bin Majed Al-Daweesh. This includes 34 million customers in Saudi Arabia, compared with 18 million customers in 2006, he said.
