Shares of Saudi Industrial Export Company declined 0.70% to SR28.20. The company's net profit during the third quarter is SR1.60m compared to profit SR1.20m for the same quarter last year with an increase of 33% , and compared to profit SR2.00m for the last quarter with a decrease of 20%. Saudi Export explained in a statement: "The reasons for the increase in sales and profit during the third quarter of 2011 is due to increase in export volume and profit margin of raw material for fertilizer manufacturing for China market. On the other hand, the decrease in profit during third quarter 2011 compared to second quarter 2011 is due to drop in profit margin due to supply and demand."
