2007-08-05 - Saudi Gazette - Crown Prince Sultan bin Abd al-Aziz issued directives on Saturday to look into the causes of delay in the settlement of litigation according to the Saudi Gazette. Sultan also directed the ministries of Interior, Justice and Commerce to speed up litigation procedures by studying a proposal to revive the role of the "Sheikh Al-Mehna" (heads of trade).
