2007-07-23 - Arab News - King Abdallah bin Abd al-Aziz has donated SR1m for the protection and cleanliness of the historic area in Jiddah. The donation sends a message to all sectors of society about the importance of giving due care and attention to the invaluable heritage, which dates 500 years back to the era of the Caliphs.
