2007-07-10 - Ukaz - Amir of Ha'il Prince Saud bin Abd al-Muhsin Bin Abd al-Aziz opened the Prince Sultan Social Center on Monday evening. Prince Saud toured the Crafts Fair and fitness center, and saw the sports hall, games, educational classes and a sports presentation. The center, geared towards activities for youth, was built primarily with funds donated by Prince Sultan bin Abd al-Aziz.
