2007-04-17 - al-Ukaz - King Abdallah bin Abd al-Aziz last evening set the foundation stone for many projects in Riyadh totalling SR 118 billion. The infastructure projects include roads, housing, education, health and recreational services, the most prominent being the King Abdallah Financial Center.
