2007-04-06 - al-Riyadh - President Arroyo of the Republic of the Philippines awarded Prince al-Walid bin Talal bin Abd al-Aziz the nation's highest honor on Monday April 2. The award was in recognition of his humanitarian efforts. Prince al-Walid was then the guest of honor at a dinner held by Arroyo.
