2007-09-17 - AME Info | Saudi Arabia | Latest News - Saudi Arabia's Kingdom Holding Company has appointed Bechtel to supervise and develop its mega $13.3bn real estate project in the northern part of Jeddah. Bechtel was chosen out of a total of eight companies in a competitive bid process. Kingdom's project covers an area of 53m sqft and includes a major skyscraper as well as residential and commercial districts, hotels, office space and an educational zone.
