2007-08-06 - AME Info | Saudi Arabia | Latest News - The National Commercial Bank has said the home finance sector has 'huge potential' in Saudi Arabia once the draft mortgage law is approved by the end of 2007 or early in 2008, reported Arab News. A study by the NCB predicts that outstanding housing credit should spiral from $1.1bn this year to $12.3bn by 2010, if 55% of homes are purchased via home finance by the end of the decade.
