Hotels in Jeddah saw a 9% growth in occupancy, with occupancy at four - and five-star chain hotels in the city reaching 82.9%. Average room rates rose 11.8% year-on-year to $220.15 during the month. Occupancy rates in Riyadh fell 3.3% to 67.3%, compared with the same month a year earlier, the report said.
