Saudi Arabia's second-largest telecoms operator by market capitalisation said the facility will be used to grow its revenues as well as invest in its broadband and data services business. The carrier, an affiliate of the UAE's Etisalat, posted a 16% rise in fourth-quarter profits last month, buoyed by higher data revenue and post-paid mobile subscriber numbers.
