2012-02-12 - AMEinfo.com | Saudi Arabia | Latest News - Saudi Arabia: Saudi-based Abahsain Group and US industrial giant Flowserve Corp have inaugurated their state-of-the-art valve manufacturing plant and training centre at Dammam's Second Industrial City, Arab News has reported. The two firms had formed their joint venture, Flowserve Abahsain Flow Control Co, in 2009 to supply valves to the oil and gas, petrochemical, power and water industries. The 55,000 sq ft manufacturing facility was commissioned in 2010, and in late 2011 reached an important milestone with the successful manufacture, inspection and shipment of the facility's first large bore control valves to be completely assembled and tested in Saudi Arabia.
