The signing ceremony was held at Sahara's headquarters in Dubai and attended by Mr Fahad Al Deeb, Vice President of Sahara, and Dr Ahmed Al Dobaiban, General Manager of Gulf PR and Communications, who signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
