Sabic fell by half a per cent to SR97.25. Shares of Jazan Development Company or Jazadco dived 4.5% to SR31.90. Earlier in the day Jazadco, which holds a fifth ofthe share capital of Tabuk Fisheries Company, said it has filed a legal case before Daiwan Al Mazalim at Riyadh against the former Board of Directors of Tabuk Fisheries Company for not following company procedures which have resulted in a total loss of SR85m as stated in the financial statements at 30/6/2011 representing 42% of the companys share capital.
