2011-10-06 - Saudi Gazette - RIYADH - Sheikh Saleh Bin Fawzan Al-Fawzan, a member of Ifta and the Board of Senior Ulema, has said that any act of disobedience against the ruler whether in the form of riots or instigative comments in newspapers, media outlets, books or bulletins aiming to create chaos and drive a wedge between the ruler and his people contravenes the Prophet's Sunnah.
