2007-12-16 - Yahoo! News - The UAE based district cooling firm Tabreed is looking to set up a $272m syndicated loan to help finance its regional expansion programme, reported Emirates Business 24/7. The company's CEO Dany Safi said Tabreed will build plants in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Oman and will invest up to $7bn over the next five years to keep pace with the ongoing real estate boom and population explosion.
