2007-12-05 - al-Riyadh - Prince Muhammed bin Fahd bin Abd al-Aziz, Amir of the Eastern Province, today laid the foundation stone for several development projects estimated to cost one billion rials, during a visit to the province of Hafr al-Batin. The development projects include educational, charitable and health projects, together with a plan to expand the King Khalid General and Technical College.
